About the event
Meets every Friday • 07:30–09:00
Your job is demanding. Your support should be too.
This small, faith-based, confidential group is designed specifically for first responders: law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, and medical personnel-seeking a safe space to process the unique pressures of the job. Led by a trained facilitator experienced in first responder wellness, the group focuses on connection, peer support, emotional resilience, and healthy coping strategies.
Participants have the opportunity to share openly, learn from peers who understand the culture and demands of the work, and gain tools for long-term mental wellness, including Critical Incident Desensitization (CID) and Acute Traumatic Incident Processing (A-TIP).
Who it’s for: First responders currently serving or retired
Format: Support-focused, confidential small group
