No, we do not accept insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills, which are detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance provider if they offer out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to guide you through that process.
Your first session is a space to exhale — maybe for the first time in a while. We’ll review consent paperwork, get to know what’s bringing you in, and talk through what support might look like. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or a perfectly told story. You don’t have to feel ready, just open to beginning.
For Teens: We’ll start briefly with the teen and their caregiver to review paperwork. Then, the teen meets one-on-one with their therapist. We prioritize privacy, trust, and supporting the teen’s autonomy, while still partnering with parents when needed.
For Couples: We’ll explore what brings each of you in and what you’re hoping for. The session creates space for honest sharing, listening, and beginning to reconnect, without pressure to fix everything at once.
For Families: Depending on your goals, we may meet all together or in smaller combinations. The focus is on understanding your family’s rhythm, improving connection, and offering tools that help you feel more anchored at home.
