Business-Related Concerns
If you believe you have experienced unfair or fraudulent business practices in the State of Texas, you may contact the Texas Attorney General’s Office to learn more about your rights or to submit a consumer complaint.

Licensing & Ethical Concerns
If you have concerns that a clinician may have acted outside their professional scope or ethical guidelines, you may contact the appropriate licensing authority for additional guidance.

Requesting Records
Client records are maintained in accordance with state guidelines for 7 years, or 5 years after a former minor client reaches age 18. If you need to request copies of your records, you may do so through the client portal. Administrative fees may apply.
